Dr. A. William Elrey is a second generation Chiropractor who has benefited from chiropractic adjustments since birth. He earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic at the prestigious Southern California University of Health Science. His passion for health and Chiropractic was brought to life through his own athletic background. As a Rugby player, he found that weekly adjustments maximized his athletic performance and helped prevent injury. While attending Chiropractic college, Dr. Elrey played Rugby for Belmont Shore RFC in Long Beach, California. He played at Division 1 and Pacific Rugby Premiership Levels. As a student, he joined the Sports Injury Council and coordinated a partnership between the Sports Medicine Residency program and Belmont Shore Rugby. He brought his two passions together and was able to play the sport he loves and be a team doctor to his teammates. Dr. Elrey has achieved great success through Chiropractic and physical medicine both as a patient and a practitioner. He is bilingual (se habla español) and enjoys working with patients of all ages. Dr. Elrey is a native of Arizona, born and raised in Tucson. He moved to Gilbert in 2007 where he resides with his wife and 3 children. He continues to pursue an active lifestyle.

Maddison manages the day to day operations at Nexus Rehab and Spine. Her optimism fuels her keen ability to problem solve, establish processes and make sure things run as smoothly as possible. She was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. She moved to Michigan her senior year and came back a few years ago. She has been working in the medical field since 2014 and has grown a profound love for different types of care that is able to be provided to people but she has grown very fond of Chiropractic since she started working with Doctor Elrey in 2016. Before working with Doctor Elrey she had little knowledge about how beneficial getting adjusted is. In the first couple of months of working with Doctor Elrey she started to pay more attention to her posture, how she did certain exercises, lifted things, and her health in general because she was learning about how the alignment of the spine can have such a great role on vital organs and she wanted to maintain a healthy life. She has since grown very passionate about natural medicine and now wants to pursue her masters in business to own a Chiropractic office herself one day. When she is not at work she enjoys going to the gym, traveling, babysitting, and spending time with her family/friends.
